THE SWAP

At Queensland Quilters Picnic in Rosewood last week, there was a swap of a dilly bag.  I did one with 3D flowers from a design by Leesa Chandler.  The one I received in the swap was a bag made with four outside pockets, each with a Japanese kimono appliqued on it.  By chance, this was made by one of my sisters!  I couldn't believe it, out of all the bags (and there were many), I got this one.  Will treasure it!

SCRAP TECHNIQUES WORKSHOP

I have put together some pieces we did at the workshop and added the applique.  Perhaps it will be the start of a quilt - perhaps????
